Exchanges and Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you can exchange it for the same item or receive a refund.
For exchanges, please send us an email at email@example.com. A member of our team will follow up with you to confirm the address to return the item to.
For refunds, once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
To return your product, please see the return information that came with your order. If you order did not come with a return address, please contact us via email and we will assist.
Shipping costs may be up to the purchaser to pay. If you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, the cost of return shipping will be taken from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item was customized when purchased, it is ineligible for return/ refund/ or exchange unless an obvious defect is apparent. If a mistake was made by our team in fulfillment, we will honor the original sale and fix the issue or offer a gift card for the item. If the issue is related to a misprint or improper information provided by the purchaser, we will use our discretion to determine a course of action. No returns or exchanges are guaranteed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Size exchanges are offered at our discretion. All items that will be considered for an exchange will have the original tag, will be unwashed, should not have any signs of use, and should not have any odor. If an exchange is requested and we approve, it will be pending until the item arrives and meets our requirements.
THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. ALLEN OUTFITTERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY REQUEST FOR A REFUND/ RETURN/ EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON. BY PURCHASING FROM ALLEN OUTFITTERS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THOSE TERMS.
